- My best friend is obsessed with Patrick and I got this for her! She loves it and it is very soft to touch and fluffy stuffed. He is shipped in a small box and all the air is squeezed out of him so maybe open him up and let him fluff up a bit before giving it as a present. He is a good and large size, but note that he is not round and spherical as the picture suggests. This is not a bad thing, just wanted to let others know! In the picture he looked spherical to me. He is still round and fluffy but not quite spherical. My friend loves it and It is a very good looking doll!
